Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your The Garden Journey set, you may return it unused and in its original packaging to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and once the return is accepted, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment, less the return shipping fees. 

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.  Sets sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the set received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping to us.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
